Terms of booking
* Proof of up to date booster vaccinations for cats and dogs and a kennel cough vaccination for dogs are required on checkin (Must be administered a minimum of 2 weeks prior to boarding)
*Dog sizing is at our discretion
*Drop off and collections are anytime within our opening hours
*Opening hours are
*Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
*Saturday and Sunday 9am to 1pm
*Closed for drop off and collection on all bank holidays
*Christmas and New Year’s Eve 9am to 11am
*Sorry but unfortunately there are no refunds or discounts for early collection’s
*Date changes (shortening of dates) with less than 14 days notice will require payment for original dates booked
*No shows or cancellations with 14 days or less notice will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee per space booked
*Payment by cash/ bank transfer on check in
*All bank holidays Christmas/boxing and new years day are charged at double normal rate
*The office is closed on all bank holidays including Christmas boxing and New Year's Day
*There is a minimum charge of 2 days
